We have designed and utilized a proven, five phase model that we will use to ensure your success
Phase 1: Consult
During the consultation phase, Ginny or Bob will work with you and your organization to discuss your specific concerns and document the needs of your group. This process prepares us to design a customized action plan for your organizationPhase 2: Customized Assessment
Partners for Performance will then outline a series of unique, customized steps for your organization. To insure that we understand the dynamics of your organization, we may conduct focus groups or surveys, or it might be just as helpful for us to talk informally with employees or customers.
This process gives us the chance to further gain insight to your group's culture while building the trust and cooperation needed to move forward. All information gathered will be collated and shared with you throughout this process.
Phase 3: Form Operational Improvement Plan
After we have carefully gathered all the materials and information, we will provide you with a thorough analysis of the data and develop a unique Operational Improvement Plan to support your organization. Your plan will be designed specifically for the unique needs of your company or group. Ginny and Bob will be very involved with this process and will work carefully with you to finalize this strategic approach. During this meeting, we will discuss our recommendations and seek your advice, input and counsel prior to finalizing this Operational Improvement Plan.
Phase 4: Implement Operational Improvement Plan
Once we agree on the process for moving forward, we will proceed with implementing the action plan. Phase 5: Evaluate and Monitor Success
Partners for Performance means that we will work together with you to insure enhanced performance and productivity within your organization. We will be successful only if we evaluate and monitor the success of what we have done for you and with you. Our first priority is to establish a satisfying and positive relationship with our clients. We will stay with you until you are completely satisfied.
