Dr. DeWitt is a phenomenal speaker and facilitator that we have enjoyed for countless years at the Penn State system-wide student leadership conference. He has a knack for reading his audience, preparing information that is not only applicable to the training session, but he goes beyond and gets the group to the next step when they return home.

Bob is very skilled at using humor, everyday examples and motivational techniques to get the group hooked, interested and on task! He doesn't talk at you, he talks with you and keeps the session rolling and the work groups focused on exercises that are relevant and applicable in the setting they will be used in.
