To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to write a letter of reference for PARTNERS FOR PERFORMANCE. Specifically, Dr. Robert DeWitt came to our campus and led a workshop that included ideas about helping staff members work together in a more effective manner. The workshop itself was a half-day one that left the staff wanting even more! In fact, several weeks after the workshop, when I approached the staff about further workshops or seminars, they unanimously asked that he be brought back.
The workshop itself was interesting and worked very well. Staff members learned about themselves as well as their colleagues. Our goals were to have everyone, by understanding each other better, be more effective in what they do. It was a solid success!
Although we laughed and enjoyed ourselves, everyone involved worked hard and achieved a great deal in the limited time we had allocated to this program.
Anyone who is contemplating methods to improve staff interaction and improved results would be wise to consider this organization.
Sincerely,
